After a long break...

So I haven't been updating my blog recently and have been sort of in a creative slump, but after a sudden increase in sales, I'm ready to get back into things. Some of my recent sales include duffel bags, which I am so proud of! It's nice to know that people appreciate the hard work and joy that goes into making my bags. When I receive feedback, it is such a great feeling and there is no better compliment than someone buying my products. So thank you!

I am also starting to make different types of bags that have never been seen by my customers! Currently, I am creating yoga mat bags, which I am so excited for. I have been practicing yoga myself for about a year now, and I love it. So... I decided- why not add yoga bags to my Etsy shop? I also have some other ideas for new types of bags, but you will have to check back in to see what they are! Ok so it's taking me a little longer than expected to get my Etsy shop where I want it to be. I am continuing to make bags, and believe it or not, my biggest issue is getting the right photograph. I am really struggling with the lighting and getting natural light without shadows. Shooting inanimate objects  is actually not as easy as I thought! Anyways, I think I am definitely improving my photographs after playing around with lighting and what not. I am still not 100% where I want to be but I am getting there! I am also very excited that I have created many new bags that are colorful and will get you ready for summer! Check back soon to check it out! Here is one of my new bags. Since zebra is so popular, I decided to make another, but with a really pretty blue. I hope you like it!

Spring Cleaning

Ok... so I think it's time to revamp my Etsy shop! I have been experimenting with different lighting and backgrounds for the photographs of my items because right now I'm not 100% happy with they way they look. I am really proud of my products and want other people to see the quality of my work. I'm thinking I want to change the color so it's not as harsh as white or black, so I plan on searching for something neutral that will highlight any color or pattern in the bags. I also have some ideas for displaying my items (both current and new listings!)  Make sure you check back to see the changes! Here is my latest bag that was custom-ordered just last week. This bag will be used as a baby girl diaper bag, but if you like the size of the small tote you can pick any colors and patterns. This size is great for every day use, and is definitely a versatile size bag that any woman would love. If you do use it as a diaper bag, it can easily be transformed into a normal tote for when your child grows out of it because it doesn't look or feel like a store-bought diaper bag.
